Opening Hours: The Spa is open from 10am to 7pm daily
Check In: Please arrive at the Spa at least 10 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to check, prepare for your service and enjoy our local fruity tea.
Reservations: We suggest making your Spa appointment at least 12 hours in advance, but walk in appointments are also accepted subject to availability
Cancellation: Any Spa Package requires 24 hours cancellation notice or 100 % of the value of the service will be charged to your room. For Spa Treatment 12 hours cancellation notice is required or 50 % of the value of the service will be charged to your room.
Service Charge: All our Prices are subjected to 10 % service Charge
Personal Items: Please do not bring any valuables in the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility.
